Agreement
These terms apply to BFP Team, the internal team portal operated by Bridges for Peace at team.bridgesforpeace.com. By signing in or using the portal, you agree to these terms, the BFP Team Privacy Policy, and the Bridges for Peace privacy policy.
Who may use BFP Team
BFP Team is for people Bridges for Peace has authorized: volunteers, staff, and a limited number of National Office users. It is not a public service.
Sign in with the Google account your organization expects you to use. An organization email domain is the normal way in. A personal Gmail address is accepted only when Bridges for Peace has approved that specific address. We may refuse sign-in when the account is not authorized.
Your account
You sign in with your own Google account. You are responsible for that account and for activity in your BFP Team session. Do not share your session or let someone else use the portal as you.
Acceptable use
Use BFP Team for Bridges for Peace work. You agree not to:
- open records, tools, or areas you are not authorized to use
- interfere with the portal or attempt to break its access controls
- upload unlawful content or content you do not have permission to share
- misuse another person’s information
Organization records
Records in the portal are kept for Bridges for Peace volunteer and staff programs. You keep your existing rights in material you submit. You allow Bridges for Peace to store and use that material to operate those programs, including showing it to people whose role requires it.
Availability
BFP Team is an internal coordination tool. Features can change, and access can be interrupted for maintenance, security, or operational reasons. The portal does not replace official Bridges for Peace policies or decisions by leadership.
Ending access
Bridges for Peace may suspend or end access if you leave the organization, if your role changes, or if these terms are not followed. You may stop using the portal at any time. Signing out ends the session in that browser. Organizational records may be kept after access ends.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, Bridges for Peace is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this internal portal. These terms do not limit liability that cannot legally be limited. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page and changing the effective date. Continuing to use BFP Team after that date means you accept the updated terms.
