BFP Team
BFP Team is the internal portal Bridges for Peace provides for volunteers, staff, and authorized National Office users. It is where those people coordinate team work. It is not a public website, and the tools inside it stay available only after sign-in.
What the portal is for
Signed-in users use BFP Team to handle day-to-day work for the organization: schedules, leave and other requests, events, and shared team resources. What each person can open depends on the role Bridges for Peace has given them.
Who can sign in
Sign-in is limited to people Bridges for Peace has authorized. The usual account is a Google account on an organization email domain. A personal Gmail address is accepted only when Bridges for Peace has approved that specific address.
Why we ask for Google account data
Sign in with Google is used only to recognize you. BFP Team requests your Google account email address, your name, and your profile photo. We use them to sign you in, show your name and photo in the portal, and match you to your Bridges for Peace records.
This sign-in does not read Gmail, Google Drive, Google Calendar, or Contacts. We do not sell that data or use it for advertising. How it is stored and shared is described in the privacy policy.
